Each travel date counts as one service day, regardless of the departure time. For overnight journeys that arrive in the morning, the driver must rest after reaching the destination.

Do not bring illegal items into the vehicle. If the driver sees or suspects illegal items, they must request a police inspection to protect everyone in the vehicle.

The driver reserves the right to suspend or cancel travel on certain routes or at certain times if continuing the journey may endanger the lives or property of anyone in the vehicle.

The number of passengers must not exceed the available seats. Pets are strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted.

Our drivers prioritize passenger comfort and safety. Speed is not the main factor; driving is adjusted according to traffic, road conditions, and the surrounding environment.

Drug use inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

For travel safety, drivers may work for no more than 12 hours and must then rest for at least 8 hours before continuing the journey.

For daily rentals, overnight travel is charged as 2 days on the departure date. The return journey must end before midnight; after midnight, an additional day will be charged.
